Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as final sale

To complete your return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your card provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@muchmorebeautystore.co.uk.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at sales@muchmorebeautystore.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for items over £30, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
