Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
UK Delivery We offer fast UK delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Tracked delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.
Tracking Where a tracked service is selected, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for parcels that are uncollected after failed delivery attempts.
Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
