Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons, including opened cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Slightly Seconds / Reduced Items Some items are sold at a reduced price due to minor cosmetic packaging imperfections (such as a damaged cap or dented box). These imperfections are clearly described in the product listing. The product itself is brand new and unused. Reduced/seconds items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
